Learn more about us: www.scforce.com.br ***\#JoinSCForce*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Monitor all Last Mile operational indicators (SLAs, pending items, incidents, delays, exceptions, etc.) in real time via the **Control Room**; * Analyze deviations and act immediately to correct them, engaging carriers, partner pharmacies, or internal responsible departments; * Ensure compliance with service levels agreed upon with clients (industrial companies); * Investigate root causes of failures, stockouts, and logistical incidents (e.g., failed pickup, route delay, delivery difficulty); * Track integrations and order statuses across internal and external systems; * Maintain active, clear communication with Operations, Customer Support (SAC), Carriers, and Internal Clients; * Prepare performance reports, suggest improvements, and support management in decision-making; * Contribute to the evolution of processes, operational rules, and Control Room workflows; * Support strategic initiatives within the Digital Channels area and Full Commerce logistics operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Prior experience in operational monitoring, control rooms, logistics control, SLA management, or similar roles; * Knowledge of Last Mile operations, transportation, parcel delivery, or e-commerce; * Strong analytical capability for interpreting operational KPIs; * Experience directly engaging and aligning with carriers; * Hands-on profile with a sense of urgency and ability to make rapid decisions; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ease of use with monitoring tools; * Availability for on-site work in Vila Olímpia (SP); * Experience in Full Commerce or pharmaceutical e-commerce operations; * Familiarity with TMS, OMS, or logistics platform systems; * Familiarity with logistics integrations and API status tracking. **Additional Information** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri); * Meal Allowance; * Food Voucher; * TotalPass; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance. **SCForce is your Trade Marketing team at GrupoSC** Our mission is to unlock the full sales potential of our clients, increase the presence and strength of their brands, through trade marketing powered by innovative, customized technological solutions, supported by an experienced and competent team of professionals.
