Learn more about this position below and apply! **We are Aché.** **We are Power.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Activities and Responsibilities:** * Analyze departmental performance indicators, identify trends, and propose actions to improve order fulfillment service quality. * Identify opportunities for systemic and operational improvements and actively participate in forums to implement improvement actions. * Ensure processes and analyses comply with internal procedures and regulatory standards. * Lead departmental projects. * Support the finished-product order fulfillment process, monitoring release approvals from interfacing departments (Commercial, Finance, and Quality), and closely coordinating with Operations to generate shipments, billing, and dispatch. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Candidates must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * SAP – ECC, S/4HANA, and EWM knowledge. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of process analysis and improvement tools. **Work Location:** Guarulhos – Presidente Dutra Highway, Km 222 **Work Model:** On-site, Monday through Friday **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We are committed to transparency throughout our selection processes and prioritize a secure experience for all candidates.
