Job Summary: Supervise and lead the store team, ensuring operational efficiency, achievement of targets, and coordination of daily section activities. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on sales optimization and customer experience * Supervise and lead the in-store team, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of established targets; * Manage and coordinate daily section activities, ensuring product organization, cleanliness, and proper presentation; * Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure inventory levels align with demand and seasonal promotions; * Set sales targets and performance indicators for the section, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve objectives; * Coordinate strategic product placement within the section to optimize the shopping experience and maximize sales; * Keep the team informed about promotions, special offers, and company policies, encouraging achievement of individual and collective goals; * Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring efficient and courteous service; * Collaborate with other department heads to ensure harmony and integration across all areas; * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, stock levels, and section performance reports; * Participate in leadership meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and section-related goals.
