Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** We seek a dynamic professional with an analytical mindset to join our Treasury team, directly managing the financial operations of our businesses in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. If you possess a collaborative profile, agility in problem resolution, and wish to actively participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the automation of financial processes, this role is for you! In this position, you will have international exposure and the challenge of transforming manual processes into efficient workflows, ensuring cash health and operational compliance across the Group. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * **Solid Experience:** Prior experience in Treasury and cash management within the corporate environment. * **Systems:** Practical knowledge of **SAP Hana** (experience in implementation/testing is a plus). * **Tools:** Advanced Excel and familiarity with **Power BI** for generating reports and KPIs. * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * **Languages:** **Spanish**, advanced/fluent level (Preferred) ### **What You Will Do Here** * **Regional Cash Management:** Perform daily cash closing and consolidate bank balances for the Brazil and LATAM (Hispanic) units. * **Financial Planning:** Deliver the Direct Cash Flow, conduct forecasts, and explain cash variances to management. * **International Operations:** Execute import payments, external debt repayments, swaps, dividends, and settlements with brokers. * **Intercompany Management:** Monitor and execute intercompany payments among Group entities on specific dates. * **Investments:** Manage daily investments and redemptions to optimize cash. * **Governance and Compliance:** Handle bank account opening/closing, Group company powers of attorney, and support audit processes. * **Projects and Innovation:** Actively participate in testing and validation activities for **SAP S/4HANA**, supporting the automation of manual processes with a focus on efficiency gains. \#LI\-JA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
