Senior Designer

Description

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team. We seek someone with strategic vision, autonomy, and the willingness to contribute ideas beyond execution. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, collaboration with marketing teams, and creating digital campaigns, this position is for you. Responsibilities: - Create digital assets (social media posts, banners, email marketing materials, landing pages, etc.). - Execute campaigns with visual consistency. - Interpret briefs autonomously. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams. - Suggest creative improvements and visual solutions. - Ensure organization and timely delivery. Requirements: - Solid experience as a Designer. - Consistent portfolio featuring real-world projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma (or similar tools). - Experience creating digital assets. - Basic knowledge of HTML for email marketing. - Experience with tools such as Mailchimp (or similar). - Autonomy in interpreting and executing briefs. - Organizational skills and strong deadline management. - Effective communication across departments. - Ability to solve creative problems. - Understanding of the importance of in-person work (hybrid model). Desirable: - 3 to 5 years of experience as a Designer. - Experience in branding. - Basic knowledge of UX/UI. - Fundamental knowledge of video editing and motion design. - Experience with digital campaigns. - Strategic mindset (ability to propose ideas, not just execute).
