Location: Itaim Bibi – São Paulo/SP Schedule: 5x2 (business hours) **Salary:** R$ 1\.876,00 ️**Meal Voucher:** R$ 35.00/day worked **Food Allowance:** R$ 230.00/month ### **About the Area** Work in the project area focused on the operation of the Digital Blue Zone, supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of digital on-street parking services in the city of São Paulo. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support the organization and monitoring of Digital Blue Zone projects * Assist in controlling schedules, deadlines, and deliverables * Update status spreadsheets and reports * Provide support in interfacing with internal departments (operations, technology, customer service, etc.) * Monitor KPIs and support results analysis * Contribute to improvements in operational processes * Support the implementation of new solutions and features * Organize project documents, workflows, and records * Provide administrative support to the team ### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program (Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields) * Basic Excel knowledge (intermediate level is a plus) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability * Interest in projects, technology, and operations * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License Category B ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in projects or operational areas * Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, MS Project, etc.) * Familiarity with urban mobility or digital services * Knowledge of AutoCAD Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
