We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong interpersonal communication skills and a desire to learn and grow in the field of project management. Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) and Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Barra Funda region). Requirements: * **Responsibilities** Support the organization and tracking of internal team requests; Assist in preparing and updating basic project reports; Monitor deadlines, status, and priorities, helping maintain aligned workflow; Participate in internal meetings and record key information; Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely delivery. * **Requirements** Proactive, organized profile with good communication skills; Basic understanding or experience with reporting or project tracking routines; Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively; Willingness to learn and develop in the PM field. Nice-to-Have Basic knowledge of management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, Planner, etc.); Familiarity with agile methodologies or PMO.
