Leadership profile with owner’s mindset and dynamism **JOB: Human Resources Coordinator – Industrial Environment** **Caieiras \- SP** We are looking for an **HR Coordinator** with strong generalist expertise, leadership qualities, and experience in a **manufacturing environment**, to strategically lead people processes with a focus on creating business value. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform generalist functions in **Payroll** * Manage **Occupational Medicine** and **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** processes * Lead **Recruitment and Selection** processes * Lead **People Management** and support operational leaders * Analyze HR metrics and propose strategic improvements * Develop, review, and ensure implementation of **internal policies** * Handle labor conflict management * Lead strategic HR projects * Train and develop leaders * Make decisions based on the business context, sound judgment, and strategic vision **Required Skills and Experience** * Minimum of **5 years of experience** in companies with up to **150 employees**, preferably in the **industrial/manufacturing sector** * Solid experience in **Payroll** and **People Management** * Leadership profile, dynamism, and **owner’s mindset** * Excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional control * Ability to work under pressure * Ethical conduct, professional maturity, and confidentiality * Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills * Practical knowledge of **Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)** and **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** * **Preferred Qualifications** * English proficiency * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation **Salary and Conditions** * **Salary:** R$ 6\.000,00 **Mandatory Benefits** * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance Minimum Education: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance
