Description:
Basic requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (mandatory);
* Experience in project management and strategic portfolio monitoring (mandatory);
* Experience in corporate PMOs, preferably in the insurance market (desirable);
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI (mandatory);
* Intermediate English proficiency (advantageous);
* Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Scrum, and Kanban (desirable);
* Familiarity with project control tools such as MS Project and Jira (desirable);
* Knowledge of governance processes (desirable);
* PMP certification (advantageous).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the structuring, planning, and monitoring of strategic and corporate projects;
* Controlling and monitoring project schedules, scopes, risks, costs, and KPIs;
* Consolidating information for executive reports and presentations to decision-making committees;
* Standardizing project management processes, templates, and methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile;
* Ensuring project alignment with corporate guidelines and policies;
* Supporting project managers and involved areas in resolving impediments and conducting governance ceremonies;
* Participating in developing stakeholder communication and engagement plans;
* Contributing to continuous improvement of PMO processes by proposing solutions and best practices;
* Using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Power BI, and Excel for data control and analysis.
