Let’s build the world’s best health community—together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Recording:** Record inventory receipts and withdrawals, determine minimum and maximum quantities, and monitor high- and low-turnover products. * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * **Temperature Control:** Record warehouse temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * **Expiration and Disposal:** Monitor item expiration dates, notify about products with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired products per applicable regulations. * **Replenishment and Kit Assembly:** Prepare and label dialysis room kits and dispense materials as needed. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation. * **Orders and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan jointly with the Operations Manager. * **Traceability and Collection:** Manage material traceability, collect medications, and deliver to the ICU. * **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory in the system, and record PPE/PSE withdrawals. * **Collaboration:** Work jointly with nursing staff on the dispensing map. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education.
