Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience in residential construction management (towers and houses) under the MCMV – My House, My Life program. * Experience with structural masonry construction methodology. * Team management and development. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B. * Knowledge of Lean Construction methodology implementation. * Plan and coordinate on-site team activities to meet objectives outlined in the strategic plan. * Monitor the progress and execution of all construction phases to track adherence to the physical and financial schedule (planned vs. actual) and ensure service quality. * Provide technical, material, and human resources support; assist in problem analysis and define action plans to guarantee adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budgeted costs. * Collaborate with the on-site team and peer departments to monitor real estate registration progress with municipal governments and other competent authorities, as well as local utility concessionaires. * Define team roles and responsibilities, and evaluate and monitor performance. * Manage the construction project budget. * Manage and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to construction execution and delivery (costs, productivity, headcount, quality, occupational safety). * Responsible for monitoring occupational safety indicators on site, with a focus on achieving zero accidents. 2512020202181841528
