




**Opportunity Summary:** This position involves leading the development of commercial and creative strategies that connect brands to the MadHouse TV ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for transforming business opportunities into compelling narratives and professional materials, supporting commercial proposals, channel launches, and campaigns. They will also handle planning and communication for new products and acquired rights, providing strategic materials to support various departments and monitoring performance metrics to guide continuous optimization. *Position to commence in January 2026* *What we’re looking for: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities; Proactivity; Proficiency in administrative routines and process management; Genuine interest in advertising and gaming culture. **Key responsibilities for this FURIOSA role:** * Develop customized strategic plans for advertisers interested in entering MadHouse TV. * Generate creative ideas for commercial proposals aligned with the channel’s positioning and partners’ brand objectives. * Analyze brand placement opportunities on the channel, advertising formats, and develop concepts for special projects. * Produce pitch decks, internal and external presentations, and institutional materials. * Craft clear, impactful narratives to present projects, products, metrics, and opportunities. * Create supporting materials for the entire creative and business teams. \- Develop strategic materials related to the acquisition of new broadcast rights. * Plan advertising campaigns for newly acquired rights. * Plan strategic launches—both for new advertisers and for MadHouse TV’s special properties. * Monitor performance and suggest optimizations. **Requirements:** **Mandatory** * Experience in strategic planning, advertising, media, and/or entertainment. * In-depth knowledge of the esports landscape. * Proficiency in creating professional presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides). * Ability to transform data and opportunities into persuasive visual and narrative content. * Analytical mindset and market sensitivity regarding audiovisual content. **Preferred** * Experience with TV channels, streaming platforms, or digital platforms. * Experience in rights management, content distribution, and special projects. * Familiarity with audience metrics and audience behavior analytics.
