Job Summary: A creative and analytical professional to plan, produce, and monitor digital content, leveraging data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with art and performance teams. On the creative side, you will be responsible for planning and filling monthly content calendars, leading creative meetings to develop posts, writing captions for visuals and supporting copy, validating final post versions, and managing client social media publications. On the analytical side, you must monitor and track results across all channel content, prepare and present periodic reports, and—above all—implement changes suggested by these analyses. As the central figure in data-driven content creation, you must maintain direct contact and ongoing communication with art and performance teams to identify action points and proactively suggest improvements. Creating timely, trending content will be essential—but cannot be the sole focus. One key challenge will be applying the same level of creativity to "evergreen" content as is possible with trending topics. We seek a professional capable of maintaining a rigorous routine of performance monitoring, converting post-performance insights into actionable content and brand recommendations tailored to each channel. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Daily collaboration with a squad dedicated to a single client; * Publishing content across social media platforms; * Creative contribution to development of new assets by Art teams and partner production agencies; * Leading creative brainstorming sessions for editorial themes; * Building an editorial calendar focused on diverse audience segments and platforms; * Writing captions for visuals and copy for content; * Producing and presenting periodic reports and analyses; * Frontline client engagement alongside Account Management for discussions on themes, results, and new content opportunities; * Managing influencer campaigns—from research and contracting to execution; * Alignment with Strategic Planning, SEO, Communities, and Media teams. Requirements: * Experience in planning and producing content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok); * Experience extracting performance data from social media content via each platform’s native Analytics or other market-available tools; * Creativity; * Familiarity with social media data terminology and metrics; * Proficiency in Portuguese and excellent written communication skills; * Agility in task execution and organization; * Teamwork orientation; * Curiosity, awareness, focus, and proactivity—capable of managing, researching, and creating compelling content while seizing and optimizing daily trend opportunities relevant to the client. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with tools such as Buzzmonitor, Mlabs, and Socialbakers; * Fluent English.
