




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in marketing and events to build and consolidate the brand of a new experiential space that integrates technology, culture, and retail. Key Highlights: 1. Building and consolidating an innovative brand. 2. Planning and executing brand activations and experiences. 3. Managing social media content and space communications. It is a new experiential and shopping space connecting technology, culture, content, and brands from the client’s ecosystem. More than a store, it is a hub for activations, events, creators, and immersive experiences—integrating brands, cultural partners, and audiences within a dynamic, ever-evolving environment. We are looking for someone to work on-site, helping build and consolidate the Galeria Magalu brand and transform this space into one of the leading brand experience hubs in Brazilian retail. Key Responsibilities: • Marketing strategy and brand building • Support the development and consolidation of the Galeria Magalu brand, contributing to its communication, positioning, and areas of operation. • Ensure consistency in promoting Galeria campaigns, including institutional campaigns and partnerships. • Develop and support marketing initiatives focused on sales and experiences inside the Galeria. • Create sustaining campaigns and continuous communication for the space. • Brand activations and experiences. • Plan, organize, and promote activations and experiences across Galeria areas: Central Plaza, Stores and ecosystem brands, Casa da Lu. • Propose new activation projects with brands and partners—from conception through execution. • Identify partnership opportunities with local companies, offices, and businesses. • Serve as the focal point for activations and sales initiatives with Magalu ecosystem companies. • Create and manage Instagram content covering activations, experiences, and space updates. • Plan content that integrates the entire ecosystem. • Manage the social media activation calendar. • Propose new initiatives with creators and influencers to amplify visibility. • Support live commerce initiatives and creator-led activations. • Space Communications • Create and direct content for Galeria’s LED displays (institutional content and visual experiences, excluding paid media). • Propose new creative formats and frequent content updates. • Management and Operations • Support budget management, including initiatives and vendors. • Assist with operational demands of the space when necessary, ensuring positive experiences for visitors and teams. Requirements: Hands-on profile, organized and proactive. Experience in marketing, events, brand activations, or brand experiences. Strong relationship-building skills with partners and internal teams. Interest in culture, creators, innovation, and experiences. Ability to translate ideas into executable projects. Desirable: Experience in brand activation or events. Experience in social media and content production. Interest in culture, creators, and the attention economy. Experience in sales/promotional campaigns. Additional Information: On-site work at the client location. Monday to Thursday on-site, Friday remote. Active participation in building one of the Group’s most innovative projects.
