Key Responsibilities: \- Create assets for social media, paid media, presentations, and digital materials. \- Adapt Key Visuals into multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency. \- Edit short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with a focus on retention and performance. \- Develop basic/intermediate motion graphics (animated captions, lower thirds, bumpers, transitions). \- Adapt creative assets for different platforms and technical specifications. \- Support simple video capture (smartphone or camera). \- Organize files, versions, and deliveries clearly and methodically. \- Contribute references, trends, and new audiovisual languages. \- Utilize AI tools to optimize production and scale deliverables. Requirements: Experience as a Mid-Level Designer (with portfolio demonstrating static \+ video work). Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficiency in Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects for simple and intermediate animations. Experience creating content for social media and paid media. Understanding of storytelling, rhythm, timing, and the critical first seconds for retention. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
