Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Design Intern to support the production of visual and audiovisual materials for entertainment clients, developing a creative repertoire while working collaboratively. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in creating social media posts (images and videos). 2. Assist in image processing and simple video editing. 3. Participate in brainstorming sessions for learning and creative development. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a Design intern eager to learn hands-on, develop creative skills, and support the team in producing visual and audiovisual materials for entertainment clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing the design team’s material and file workflow. * Assist in image cropping and processing following technical guidelines. * Assist in creating social media posts (images and videos) under team supervision. * Support the visual development of presentations, applying pre-defined brand identities. * Assist in adding and removing color swatches and simple elements in videos. * Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on learning, creative repertoire, and references. **Who Is This Person?** * Someone agile and dynamic. * Creative with strong ideas. * Capable of teamwork and excellent communication. * Autonomous and proactive. **Requirements:** * Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere. * PowerPoint/Google Slides. * Video editing knowledge. **Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory):** * After Effects. * Familiarity with and interest in pop culture. * Basic HTML knowledge. **What To Expect From Us:** * Internet allowance of R$ 100.00 (we operate in a hybrid model with in-person interactions whenever necessary); * Flash Card (Meal and Food) \- R$ 46.00 per business day; * Birthday day off; * SESC network agreement; * Course incentive policy; * FGV agreement; * ESALQ/USP agreement; * Semiannual performance evaluations.
