Handle video shooting, editing, and design support. About the Opportunity We are looking for an Audiovisual Content Analyst to join the 94\ team. This person will be responsible for transforming everyday office activities into strategic, authentic, and real-time content. Their primary responsibility will be documenting behind-the-scenes moments, meetings, talent interactions, visits, and other relevant events—ensuring nothing we build here is lost. Their role will be to translate the essence of 94 into consistent, modern, and high-quality visual content—strengthening our brand identity, increasing the volume of proprietary brand content, and enhancing marketing delivery speed. We seek someone with a refined aesthetic eye, mastery of audiovisual language, a strong sense of rhythm and organization, and the ability to balance technical skill and creativity. This person will work directly with the Marketing Coordination team, contributing to elevating our content standards. Key Responsibilities Image Capture; Record internal scenes, behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and daily moments at 94; Conduct shoots with directors, colleagues, talents, and guests; Document internal events and office visits; Produce institutional photographs and spontaneous documentation; Manage framing, lighting, and audio in agile and efficient productions; Ensure continuous capture with keen attention to content-value generation. Video Editing Edit short videos (Reels, Stories, clips, and dynamic content); Produce content focused on real time, reducing the time between capture and publication; Build modern visual narratives aligned with brand identity; Adjust pacing, editing, cuts, captions, and sound design; Adapt content for different digital platforms. Design (Secondary Role) Adapt graphics for social media (feed and Stories); Support creation of institutional materials when needed (presentations, PDFs, invitations, etc.); Follow and respect the brand’s visual identity guidelines; Contribute to the evolution of institutional visual standards.
