Supernova is looking for a **Test Analyst/QA**, possessing an analytical view of processes and genuine passion for professional growth in the technology environment. The candidate will join challenging projects involving solutions tied to chatbots and Artificial Intelligence. Join this story with Supernova! Job Responsibilities: * Understand functional and technical requirements. * Define scope, types, and levels of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.). * Develop detailed test plans and test cases. * Perform manual and/or automated testing. * Identify, log, and track defects/bugs using issue management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). * Validate fixes implemented by developers. * Create and maintain automation scripts. * Use frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, etc.). * Verify that deliverables meet defined quality standards. * Support the development team in continuous process improvement. * Contribute to reducing production defects. * Document test cases, scenarios, evidence, and results. * Prepare test reports and quality metrics for management. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Product Owners. * Participate in planning and review meetings under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Ensure continuous feedback for product evolution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems**, or related fields; Relevant courses or certifications in testing/QA are preferred (e.g., **ISTQB, CTFL**); Experience with tools such as **Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, RestAssured**; Bug and task management tools: **Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello**; Knowledge of agile methodologies. Work Format: (Monday to Friday) \- On-site every Thursday; remaining days remote.
