We seek someone to support digital initiatives, content creation, and performance marketing—helping strengthen the brand and generate business opportunities. * Create and publish content across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, website, newsletter) * Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns. * Organize the editorial calendar, deadlines, and team requests. * Manage social media accounts and community engagement. * Monitor basic marketing metrics (engagement, leads, etc.). * Assist in organizing brand materials and presentations. * Conduct market research, benchmarking, and reference gathering. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly. * Curiosity, progressive autonomy, and sense of responsibility. * Genuine interest in Digital Marketing and social media. * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Familiarity with tools such as Canva, social media platforms, and Google Workspace. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, RD Station, HubSpot, or similar platforms. * Prior experience (even in personal or academic projects) with content creation or social media management. * Basic understanding of SEO, paid traffic, or email marketing. * Strong desire to grow quickly and assume increasing responsibility over time. * Hands-on mindset with vision beyond individual tasks.
