Consultative mindset to identify process improvements **Opportunity at Positivo S\+ — SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST / PMO — Remote \| São Paulo/SP** Positivo S\+ is looking for a Senior Project Analyst to work strategically with one of our banking-sector clients, supporting initiatives related to product implementation, process mapping, performance tracking, and direct interface with business and technology areas. If you possess an analytical profile, experience in project management, and wish to work in a dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct needs assessments and technical analyses; * Collaborate with development and testing teams; * Support product implementation and ensure solution and equipment validations and testing; * Monitor post-implementation performance across channels; * Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategic analyses; * Apply a consultative approach to identify opportunities and propose process improvements for the client. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools (MS Visio and MS Project); * Knowledge of SUSEP regulations; * Ability to prepare management reports and presentations; * Prior knowledge of Bradesco's business; * Experience in project management / PMO; * Hands-on experience in product and process implementation; * Experience in detailing functional requirements; * Experience managing sales performance across channels (with focus on telemarketing call centers). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Teamwork and strong collaboration skills; * Mature and engaging communication; * Positive attitude toward challenges; * Emotional balance under pressure. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you seek an opportunity to directly engage with a major financial-sector client, contributing to strategic projects with autonomy, accountability, and business acumen, apply now and build your career at Positivo S\+!
