The Junior Design Engineer works under the direct supervision of more experienced engineers and designers, contributing to the overall success of custom projects. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience; Technical education and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Basic knowledge of engineering and design principles, with preference for experience in custom projects. Practical experience with CAD software and SolidWorks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and follow instructions accurately. Creative problem-solving ability and capacity to propose innovative solutions. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and acquire new skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and precision in work. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is an advantage. Knowledge of project management and activity coordination to ensure on-time delivery. **Responsibilities** Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand customer requirements and define project objectives. Conduct preliminary research and analysis to understand customer needs and identify suitable technical solutions. Assist in the conception and development of preliminary sketches, drawings, and models using SolidWorks software. Participate in team meetings to review and discuss design concepts, providing insights and suggestions for improvement. Work closely with senior engineers to develop detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Contribute to the selection of appropriate materials, components, and suppliers for project implementation. Perform basic technical and economic feasibility analyses to ensure project suitability and viability. Assist in preparing prototypes and samples for concept testing and validation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all design activities and project-related documentation. Collaborate with other teams, such as production and quality control, to ensure proper integration of the design into manufacturing processes.
