Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Media Supervisor plays a critical role on the team, acting as the direct point of contact with clients and facilitating communication between them and the rest of the team. In collaboration with the manager and director, the Supervisor organizes the media team’s requests, ensuring efficient distribution and contributing to the continuous development of each team member. A core part of the Supervisor’s role is ensuring briefing and request alignment with the Account and Data teams, guaranteeing all necessary information is available for project success. Additionally, the Supervisor actively contributes to developing strategic and tactical plans, using market analysis and relevant insights to guide decisions. The Supervisor supports coordinators in crafting more specific plans, ensuring coherence and consistency of strategies across all levels. They closely supervise campaign implementation and monitoring, ensuring execution according to plan and optimizing results when needed. Moreover, the Supervisor negotiates with media outlets to secure optimal conditions and opportunities to maximize campaign impact. They also collaborate with the Data team to analyze campaign results and work with the Research team to develop competitive materials and media consumption analyses. Supervise billing release for all clients, tracking deadlines for media authorization approvals. Negotiate barter compensation for program swaps, considering targets, audience levels, and client budgets. Perform other related duties as requested, instructed, or supervised by their immediate superior to support the team and their own professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations **Digital Media Platform Knowledge:** Technical proficiency in major digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. **Offline Media Platform Knowledge:** Understanding of purchasing across various offline media channels — including television, radio, newspapers, magazines, outdoor advertising, etc. — along with audience insights, using buying platforms like Globo Ads and analytical tools such as Instar Ibope, VBS, etc. **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret performance data and metrics using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign success. **Media Planning and Tactical Skills:** Ability to develop effective media plans, considering budget, target audience, and distribution channels. **Negotiation Skills:** Ability to negotiate with media outlets to obtain optimal advertising space purchase terms. **Project Management:** Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, defining goals, deadlines, and priorities. \#1 Global Agency of the Decade \- Cannes Lions.
