Job Summary: Professional to support content dissemination, journalist mapping, press material production, and media monitoring for clients at a public relations agency. Key Highlights: 1. Support the dissemination of content to journalists and media outlets. 2. Assist in mapping and segmenting journalist mailing lists. 3. Support the production of content such as press releases and opinion articles. A public relations agency is seeking a Communication Assistant in Osasco. **Responsibilities:** Support the dissemination of content to journalists, influencers, and media outlets, conducting follow-up to confirm receipt and publication opportunities. Assist in mapping, updating, and segmenting journalist mailing lists by editorial department, media outlet, and region, as well as researching new relevant contacts. Support the adaptation and production of content such as press releases, news briefs, opinion articles, and institutional statements, organizing information for press materials. Monitor client-related publications in the media and support the preparation of results reports, as well as topic and trend research. Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant, Public Relations Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or Internal Communications Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
