Handles operational demand fulfillment, internal and reverse logistics organization, inventory execution, report preparation, and maintenance of warehouse physical conditions and processes, ensuring compliance, standardization, and operational and cross-departmental support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items, verifying quantities, specifications, and physical conditions against requests, invoices, and transportation documents, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Monitor and control material inflow and outflow, ensuring correct system record updates and alignment between physical and system inventory. Maintain data accuracy and support material traceability processes. * Organize, sort, and prepare materials, equipment, scrap, and miscellaneous items for dispatch, internal movement, and distribution, ensuring proper packaging, identification, and logistics per defined processes. * Support technicians and other departments by providing required materials, equipment, and information according to operational demand and current procedures. * Conduct monthly inventories and support periodic inventories, ensuring material integrity, record compliance, and appropriate reporting of discrepancies. Perform internal inspections to assess physical conditions, organization, safety, and workplace infrastructure. * Receive defective equipment from reverse logistics, perform inspection, registration, and forwarding per the reverse logistics process—including shipment to the originating Distribution Center (DC)—ensuring traceability and process compliance. * Prepare monitoring, inventory control, stock movement, and other warehouse-related performance reports, supporting management and decision-making. * Request services, tools, and resources from responsible departments to maintain physical infrastructure, work tools, furniture, and warehouse organization, ensuring suitable conditions for activity execution. * Ensure adherence to established processes, regulations, and standards for warehouse activities, contributing to service uniformity, safety, and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education—School transcript mandatory.
