Job Summary: The Senior Data Protection Analyst will be responsible for assessing and implementing privacy regulatory requirements, managing personal data processing, and supporting regulatory authorities. If you are someone who recognizes the value of caring for Brazilians and wishes to grow with Caixa Vida e Previdência, the doors are open. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Senior Data Protection Analyst, you will be responsible for:** * Assessing and reviewing the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), including assignment of lawful bases for processing; * Analyzing contracts, terms, and agreements involving personal data processing, including clauses related to international data transfers; * Supporting investigations into incidents involving personal data; * Supporting the preparation of reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities; * Developing and reviewing privacy policies and procedures; * Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/RIPD); * Conducting Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIA); * Performing privacy due diligence on suppliers; * Implementing privacy regulatory requirements, especially those established by ANPD; * Issuing opinions and risk assessments regarding privacy and data protection matters; * Supporting responses to requests from regulatory authorities (ANPD and SUSEP). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Law; * Solid knowledge of data protection (LGPD) and ANPD resolutions; * Basic understanding of Information Security; * Experience with or participation in LGPD implementation programs is desirable; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proactivity in learning about new tools and legislation; * Knowledge of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus. **Additional Information** **These are our benefits:** **Profit Sharing** After meeting targets, we earn an additional payment, right? **Flexible Working Hours** You may arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and leave between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. **Meal and Food Allowance** One card for groceries and another for lunch with coworkers.
