FCamara is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (IAM) to support and evolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on identity governance, access automation, and modern security. This position will play a key role in building integrations, developing workflows, and defining business rules within widely adopted IAM platforms — deployed both across the broader market and at a leading Brazilian pharmacy company, a reference in Health and Wellness with over 3,000 stores across all Brazilian states. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities IAM Tool Integrations * Gather technical and business requirements from stakeholders * Evaluate and implement native connectors or develop custom integrations * Configure and manage identity sources (sources/systems) * Configure identity aggregation and correlation processes * Conduct functional testing, validations, and controlled go-lives * Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation Workflow Development * Develop and customize workflows on IAM platforms * Implement identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver – JML) * Configure multi-level and risk-based approvals * Automate provisioning and deprovisioning of access * Integrate IAM solutions with external APIs **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * Experience with IAM and related tools (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, Okta, PingIdentity, etc.) * Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, SCIM, etc.) * Experience with identity, role, and access modeling * Experience with JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes * Experience with automated provisioning and deprovisioning * Familiarity with information security and compliance principles **Nice-to-Have (Non-Mandatory)** * Experience with Zero Trust architecture * Knowledge of directories (Active Directory, LDAP) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python, or scripting for automation * Experience in large-scale IAM projects * Certifications in IAM or security * Experience implementing identities for AI Agents, bots, and service accounts, including authentication and integration with applications and APIs. * Application of Least Privilege, Just-in-Time (JIT), and modern authentication (OAuth2/OIDC) for machine identities. * Automated provisioning, secret/token rotation, and secure deactivation of agent identities. **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical thinking and architectural vision * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams * Ability to operate in a consultative capacity * Organized and documentation-focused * Proactive problem-solving **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
