Main Responsibilities: **Customer service and support** Preparation and follow-up of quotations **Negotiation follow-up** Order entry and tracking in the system **Support to the sales team** Contact with clinics, hospitals, distributors, and patients **Organization of commercial documentation and processes** Requirements: **Commercial or customer service experience** Strong communication and organizational skills **Proficiency with systems and Microsoft Office suite** Agility and proactivity **Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, high-cost medications, or oncology** Job Details: **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)** Work Mode: On-site **Business hours — Monday to Friday** Competitive salary + benefits We seek committed professionals with a commercial profile, results orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
