Monitor deadlines, requests, and deliveries to ensure smooth and standardized service. Track KPIs related to student retention, access to the virtual learning environment, and non-payment. Support the preparation of operational reports and basic performance analyses for poles. Collect data and analyze operational and service-related issues concerning poles. Support and conduct operational training sessions for poles, following institutional guidelines. Contribute to improvements in relationship management and service delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Competencies: Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Sheets and report organization. Basic knowledge of academic management systems. Operational analysis skills and ability to monitor KPIs. Ability to effectively deliver operational training and guidance.
