Job Summary: The Senior Quality Inspector conducts physical and chemical laboratory tests, operates equipment, and performs inspection and release of components and raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as the interface between the laboratory and production **JOB: SENIOR QUALITY INSPECTOR** **Employment Type:** CLT **Salary:** R$ 4\.534,95 **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Perform physical and chemical laboratory tests * Operate equipment such as tensile testing machines and durometers * Conduct Salt Spray, demulsibility, and drainage tests * Perform inspection and release of components (e.g., brake shoes) * Release raw material cutting and rolling processes * Enter system-based releases of raw materials * Maintain departmental organization in accordance with 5S guidelines **Technical Knowledge** * Metrology * Operation of laboratory equipment * Physical and chemical testing (Salt Spray) * Reading and interpreting technical drawings * Quality tools and Control Plans * Standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 * 5S guidelines **Education and Training** * Technical degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Quality (completed or currently enrolled) * Desired courses: * Metrology * Reading and interpreting technical drawings * Quality control or materials testing **Behavioral Traits** * Attention to detail * Organization and discipline * Agility and sense of urgency * Operational responsibility * Strong communication skills (interface between laboratory and production) **Benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy benefits * Food basket * Commuter shuttle service * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * On-site medical clinic * On-site cafeteria **Note:** This position is intended to cover a temporary absence.
