Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to strategically support collections activities by transforming data into insights that enhance efficiency and decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and tactical planning for credit recovery. 2. Development and monitoring of strategic collection KPIs. 3. Optimization of collection rules and multichannel strategies. **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a professional to strategically support our collections function, transforming data into actionable insights to improve results efficiency and support leadership decision-making. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategic and tactical plans for credit recovery. * Build and monitor strategic indicators (KPIs), such as: delinquency rate, roll rate, cure rate, NPL, net recovery, channel efficiency, and collection cost. * Conduct portfolio risk and behavioral analyses, proposing data-driven segmentations and strategies. * Define and optimize collection rules (digital, mass, and human), mailing prioritization, and multichannel strategies. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection agencies and legal firms, focusing on SLA compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. * Support executive leadership’s strategic decisions through executive analyses, feasibility studies, and business cases. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI or similar). * Knowledge of digital and mass collection strategies (autodialer, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR). * Experience in defining collection strategies and behavioral segmentation. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SQL and database manipulation. * Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis applied to collections. **What We Offer:** * Flexible VR/VA — via Ifood-branded card; * Health Insurance: no monthly fee for the primary holder; * Childcare Assistance: for children up to 6 years old; * Therapy and Nutrition Support: up to 4 psychotherapy sessions/month + 1 nutritionist session/month at no cost, via Starbem platform; * Gympass/Wellhub: to support physical health—we value movement; * Health Allowance: discounts at pharmacies, specialist consultations, laboratory and imaging exams, and dentistry; * Discount Club: Ifood Premium, Pague Menos, Veloe, and Magazine Luiza partnership.
