Responsibilities: * Assisting customers with personalized service in selecting medications and related products; * Maintaining an organized inventory and managing medication stock; * Processing medical prescriptions and advising customers on the correct usage of medications; * Providing relevant information regarding side effects, drug interactions, and contraindications; * Ensuring products are properly labeled and records are maintained per established regulations; * Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate suggestions to better meet their expectations; * Staying updated on pharmaceutical industry developments and participating in regular training to enhance knowledge. Requirements: * Experience in dispensing medications. * Solid knowledge of medications, including their characteristics, recommended dosages, and possible side effects; * Ability to interact empathetically and courteously with customers, delivering exceptional service; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; Work Schedule: 5x1; Transportation Voucher (VT); Working Hours: 12:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break; Career Development Plan; Partnership with Cruzeiro do Sul University (EAD); Pharmacy Benefit Program, after gaining experience; Meal Voucher (VR) valued at R$ 210.00 after gaining experience; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
