Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency #### **Your Role** We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead Production, Supply Chain, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) at LINDAL do Brasil. This professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in industrial operations, meeting safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery objectives, while promoting cross-functional integration and team development. We seek a strategic leader with strong management capabilities and a focus on continuous process improvement. #### **Your Responsibilities** * Lead Production, Supply Chain, and HSE operations, ensuring achievement of operational and strategic goals. * Develop, engage, and train multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. * Design and execute operational plans aligned with company strategy. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service-level indicators. * Manage budget, headcount, and resources for areas under responsibility, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Lead continuous improvement, productivity, and new product launch projects in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare management analyses to support decision-making. * Ensure process compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment—including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRCGS, and HACCP. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, Sales, and Finance to align operations with business objectives. * Manage operational risks and implement preventive actions to ensure operational continuity and reliability. #### **Your Benefits** * Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract * On-site meals * Meal allowance: BRL 500.00 * SulAmérica Health Insurance (no employee or dependent contribution) * SulAmérica Dental Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Life Insurance (no employee contribution) * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Location: Jundiaí – SP – 100% On-site #### **Your Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Postgraduate degree or MBA is considered a plus. * Advanced English proficiency. * Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial operations management, leading multidisciplinary teams and production processes. * Solid expertise in operations management, manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement. * Experience managing KPIs, budgets, operational planning, and team development. * ERP system knowledge. * Familiarity with Health, Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. * Leadership profile, strategic vision, analytical capability, results orientation, and excellent communication and influencing skills. #### **Your Contact** **Maynara Oliveira** Human Resources Analyst **LINDAL do Brasil Ltda.** Avenida Presbítero João Franco de Oliveira, 520 – Pq.
