Specialized and complex client care **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of the area and position:** Serve as the technical reference for service delivery and supervision of the collection and nursing teams, ensuring safe and high-quality assistance grounded in current standards and regulations, aiming for excellence in client service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection and testing procedures in the area by analyzing processes, supporting the implementation of new work methods, and participating in the development of educational and health promotion materials; * Perform high-complexity and nurse-specific collections and tests—such as catheterization, Pap smears, and blood gas analysis—adhering to established procedures and meeting unit demands; * Lead nursing technicians, nursing assistants, and collection assistants, providing daily feedback and guidance in the service delivery process; * Support nursing team development through technical leadership and supervision in high-complexity cases; * Ensure organization and task distribution among subordinate clinical staff via monthly, weekly, and daily scheduling; * Support closing unit-related information under your responsibility by monitoring indicators, consolidating data, and correcting deviations; * Guarantee client care through biological sample collection and performance of high-complexity diagnostic tests; * Provide support for clients’ needs in complex situations, ensuring emergency response, administering first aid, and referring clients for specialized care; * Mitigate contamination and recollection incidents through procedural audits, ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards; * Ensure appropriate nursing support for units by performing sample collections and tests in special cases (e.g., pediatric collections, assisted collections, etc.); * Promote health initiatives through training delivery and by supporting material development and dissemination to employees and clients; * Ensure excellence in client care by complying with quality standards and regulations, providing guidance and clarifying questions related to performed activities. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing with active COREN registration; * Experience as a nursing assistant or technician is desirable; * Knowledge of specific occupational health legislation, occupational medicine, and first aid is desirable; * Knowledge of NR 32 and NR 7\. **What do we expect?** * Our essence inspires our daily actions; therefore, we seek someone aligned with our purpose of caring for people; * Someone who values care and empathy throughout the entire journey, placing the client at the center of all actions while striving for excellence; * Flexibility in working hours to cover possible shifts.
