Job Objective
Ensure excellence in dining room service by coordinating the team, organizing service flow, and guaranteeing a high-standard experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the dining room team (waiters, busboys, and hostesses).
* Greet customers and oversee their experience throughout service.
* Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments.
* Maintain service standards, staff demeanor, and appearance.
* Support the team during peak hours.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
* Inspect dining room cleanliness, organization, and setup.
* Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
* Monitor sales and suggest service improvements.
* Assist in staff training and development.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service and dining room leadership.
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
* Organizational ability and agility.
* Aptitude for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
* Basic knowledge of restaurant/café operations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in high-end restaurants.
* Knowledge of wines, specialty coffees, or hospitality.
Additional Information
Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off
Base salary: R$3.090,00
Tips: R$1.200,00 (average)
