Responsibilities and Duties * Operate machines and equipment according to current procedures, consistently applying * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); correctly follow production instructions relevant to assigned tasks; perform cleaning and sanitization according to current procedures, ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace; * Operate the tray transfer hoist; * Perform setup, adjustment, and preparation of equipment and/or mold changes when applicable and necessary; guide packaging assistants to ensure effective execution of their tasks; record all operations performed to enable result tracking; * Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, and other applicable regulations and procedures; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during task execution; * Adhere to current GMP guidelines outlined in the applicable resolution; * Follow behavioral and conduct guidelines for cleanroom areas; * Immediately halt the process and notify the production supervisor upon identifying any abnormality, deviation, mechanical or electrical failure, or equipment alarm that may compromise product quality or safety; * Maintain established standards of punctuality, quality, safety, and consistency for each product and equipment to ensure efficiency and productivity; * Provide support and perform other related professional activities inherent to the position, as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or completed education in: Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Practical experience as a Machine Operator.
