Position: Junior Maintenance Supervisor Address: Av. dos Autonomistas, 896 \- Vila Yara, Osasco \- SP, 06020\-010 \- Pátio Osasco Working Hours: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Job Objective: Supervise, plan, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the full functionality of equipment, systems, and company facilities, ensuring operational continuity, team safety, and service quality. Requirements: Technical education or proven experience in the Electrical field. Knowledge of electrical installations and maintenance. Valid NR\-10 certification. Valid NR\-35 certification. Experience in leadership and team management. Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH B). Willingness to travel. Full availability regarding working hours. Willingness to work on weekends when required. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the maintenance team. Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Ensure the proper operation of electrical equipment and installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially NR\-10 and NR\-35\. Respond to emergency incidents, ensuring rapid resolution of failures affecting parking operations. Support the implementation of new equipment, renovations, and facility improvements.
