Opportunity to mitigate risks in import operations ### **Pharmaceutical Industry Hiring: Junior Import and Export Analyst** * **Contract Type:** Temporary employment contract * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 \| Break from 12:00 to 13:00 ### **Summary:** Responsible for validating, organizing, and registering the product catalog for the Single Portal, ensuring compliance and supporting the smooth execution of import processes in coordination with technical and compliance departments. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage demand from the Discovery Solutions Division regarding product catalog cleanup for upload to the Single Portal; * Address urgent matters and prioritize tasks with a focus on mitigating risks and preventing import shipment delays; * Collaborate closely with product technical leads, Trade Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure catalog items are cleaned up according to current criteria; * Utilize existing platforms and procedures for activity management (Microsoft Teams, Blue Route). ### **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Technologist in Foreign Trade, or related fields. ### **Technical Competencies:** * Prior experience in this role, including hands-on use and management of systems, is desirable; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus. ### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance. ### **Company Information:** * **Industry Segment:** Pharmaceutical Industry; * **Location:** São Paulo (Barueri); Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance
