Supporting and guiding the production team **About the company:** A multinational pharmaceutical company; **Key Responsibilities:** Work in the production area, evaluating recurrent or sporadic failures in equipment and devices, requesting corrections, shutdowns, or replacements when necessary. Perform full equipment setup, including assembly, disassembly, adjustments, and cleaning, ensuring proper operation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Master preparation and adjustment procedures ranging from low to high complexity, operating both manual and automatic equipment. Support production activities by performing, when required, duties of a Machine Operator I, and guiding assistants and operators in daily work routines. Contribute to production strategies by demonstrating initiative in problem-solving decision-making, as well as transporting and supplying materials and bulk products to the packaging line using electric or hydraulic pallet jacks. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Technical degree in Mechatronics/Electrotechnics/Electronics/Mechanics/Automation/Pharmacy/Chemistry or related fields; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); 2–3 years of experience as a Production Machine Operator. **Benefits:** Pharmacy allowance; Daycare allowance; Extended maternity leave; Life insurance; Gym membership; Paternity leave; Private pension plan; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance.
