Job Summary: We are seeking a Consultant Data Scientist for the Fintech Directorate, focused on credit and collections modeling, with experience in advanced data science and machine learning techniques to optimize strategies. Collaborate with credit and collections teams The Fintech Directorate is responsible for Vivo's financial services and lending operations. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Data Scientist, with a focus on credit and collections modeling. The ideal candidate will have solid experience applying advanced data science techniques to credit risk analysis, delinquency forecasting, and collections strategy optimization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement predictive models for credit risk assessment. * Conduct advanced statistical analyses to identify credit and delinquency behavior patterns. * Collaborate with credit and collections teams to implement data-driven strategies. * Develop and enhance machine learning models using MLOps pipelines. * Monitor and evaluate model performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Maintain constant alignment and collaboration with the Data and AI teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields. * Experience in credit and collections modeling. * Skills in Machine Learning and Statistics; * Knowledge of machine learning and data science techniques. * Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Analytical profile with a focus on solving complex problems considering multiple scenarios and risk vs. return trade-offs; * Clear and objective communication of analyses, models, and findings to business areas. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
