




Job Description: * Assist in preparing restaurant and room service dishes; * Perform pre-preparation tasks: sanitization, cutting of meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, and cold cuts; * Prepare cakes, pies, and desserts; * Support cooking, seasoning, and final plating of dishes, as instructed; * Assist in assembling and distributing snacks, salads, desserts, and meals, when necessary; * Portion and organize food for service; * Ensure proper food storage and preservation to avoid waste; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces according to hygiene standards; * Support the team with other operational demands within the department; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, prioritizing food safety and workplace organization; * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) – hairnet, apron, thermal gloves, disposable gloves, safety shoes, disposable mask; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the area, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
