




Job Summary: A professional to integrate construction site activities with company administration, controlling records, supplies, and providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Integration between construction site and company administration 2. Control and management of records, supplies, and operational team 3. Essential support for Site Supervisors, Foremen, and Engineers * Integrate construction site activities with company administration; * Provide control information for project monitoring; * Conduct and manage timekeeping records for the operational team; * Manually record employee attendance on appropriate forms when necessary; * Identify local meal suppliers near the construction site and monitor daily consumption; * Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to submit employee information and manage transportation vouchers; * Manage uniforms and PPE jointly with the warehouse clerk or the site Occupational Safety Technician, requesting replenishment as needed; * Guide the operational team regarding company administrative policies and procedures; * Track overtime hours worked, absences, and lunch/dinner schedules of the operational team; * Monitor entry and exit of equipment, machinery, and materials at the construction site; * Track daily logs for heavy equipment and aggregates; * Receive, log, and forward employees' medical certificates to the Human Resources Department; * Prepare sketches of construction projects when requested or required; * Allocate daily production and cost reports; * Organize invoice allocations and production reports, and forward them to central measurement; Provide all necessary support to Site Supervisors/Foremen and Production Engineers.
