The position requires strong communication skills, emotional resilience, analytical reasoning, and a strategic mindset to conduct assertive and humanized negotiations aimed at improving recovery effectiveness. Mandatory Requirements Completed high school education; Experience in amicable collections; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Resilient, analytical profile with strong negotiation ability; Ability to work under performance targets and results-driven pressure. Preferred Qualifications Experience in collection agencies or credit recovery advisory firms; Experience with extrajudicial agreements; Familiarity with collection and negotiation systems. Compensation and Benefits **Salary:** R$ 1\.754,00 **Meal Voucher:** R$ 20.97 per day; Transportation Voucher, as needed; Medical Plan after 90 days; Dental Plan after 90 days; Life Insurance. Partnership agreements with universities and language schools. Contact clients via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; Conduct amicable collections for overdue contracts; Negotiate debts belonging to loss portfolios; Seek agreements and debt regularization solutions with clients; Input and update information in internal systems; Record agreements, negotiation attempts, and service history; Participate in training sessions, alignment meetings, and feedback sessions; Focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
