




Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B Operations and Projects Assistant to coordinate schedules, manage documentation, provide technical support, and monitor projects in the telecommunications sector. Opportunity for committed and responsible professionals We currently have an open selection process for the following position: \*Position:\* \*B2B Operations and Projects Assistant (Back Office and Technical Support).\* Work Location: \*(Santana/SP \- North Zone)\* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.750,00 Benefits: Meal Voucher (R$ 31.00/day), Transportation Voucher, Total Pass, Psychological Assistance, Nutritional App, Pharmacy Discounts, Birthday Day Off \*Main Responsibilities:\* * Assess technical feasibility of services with telecom operators and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). * Monitor and coordinate installation schedules across multiple locations simultaneously. * Manage the flow of technical and commercial documentation required for project execution and monitoring. * Perform detailed registration of corporate clients and orders in the system. * Manage installation processes and registration in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software. * Provide technical support and clarifications to the sales team and customers. * Log, track, and resolve technical tickets with telecom operators when necessary. * Prepare status reports on tickets and projects for internal monitoring. \*Requirements:\* * Minimum of 3 years of experience in back-office roles, B2B commercial/technical support, project coordination, or consultative customer service. * Proven experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Corporate Services sectors. * Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders (clients, suppliers, operators). * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Telecommunications Management, IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with focus on customer and internal team interaction.
