It offers courses and content to help students become professionals in the technology field. **Responsibilities:** Retail Operations Assistant. Perform operational support tasks for the store, contributing to space organization, item restocking, and team assistance, aiming to ensure proper unit operation. Approach customers and guide them according to their needs. Assist with store organization and cleaning, as well as removal of waste to areas designated by the shopping center. Restock products on shelves and display windows. Verify received merchandise, whether from suppliers or inter-store transfers. Monitor basic inventory processes, such as collecting items for display and returning items to stock shelves. Provide support to sales staff and the cashier team during merchandise exchange activities, without directly operating the cash register or processing sales. Carry out other operational tasks necessary for store support, as directed by leadership. Previous experience as a Sales Attendant, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Sales Promoter may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
