Our role is to provide strategic solutions, innovative tools, and specialized support to foster the development of entrepreneurs in the sector. Our goal is to turn dreams into reality, improving the lives of hundreds of independent business owners and their thousands of employees across more than 1\.700 pharmacies spread from north to south of the country. Currently, we bring together 11 cooperative pharmacy networks and continue writing the best stories of Brazilian pharmaceutical cooperativism. **Responsibilities and Duties** **We are looking for a Junior Administrative Analyst (Seeds of Good):** You will be challenged to assist in engaging, organizing, and effectively executing volunteer initiatives, with a focus on meal distribution and supporting other activities related to the social project, through necessary logistical organization and communication—including volunteer follow-up, inventory control, social media activation, and material distribution—ensuring everyone remains informed, organized, and motivated to participate. **What You Will Do:** * Proactively invite employees from partner companies to participate in the weekly initiative via targeted communications and visits to their work areas, promoting volunteer engagement; * Support the validation of weekly meal distribution schedules by sending invitations via WhatsApp or in person, aiming to ensure the required number of participants is present; * Send confirmation emails to weekly volunteers, accompanied by the liability waiver, to ensure they are properly informed and committed to their responsibilities; * Support tracking and help guarantee collection of signed liability waivers from all volunteers using the Lexio platform, assisting formalization of mutual commitments and obligations; * Support validation of weekly chef schedules via WhatsApp communication, ensuring the kitchen team is appropriately staffed and prepared to meet operational needs; * Support weekly monitoring of food inventory for the meal distribution initiative, conducting item counts and input/output checklists, aiming to maintain adequate stock levels to meet demand; * Support monitoring of Seeds product inventory, reporting replenishment/purchase needs for any items to the management committee via email, helping maintain appropriate stock levels and prevent shortages. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this role, you must have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Third Sector Organization Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in administrative routines related to asset management, inventory control, and financial activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in process and project management; * Experience working on social projects. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** On-site at our office in São Paulo/SP, near Santa Cruz metro station (Blue Line). **Work Schedule:** Tuesday through Saturday, with hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays–Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays, and 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. **Benefits That Make a Difference for You!** **Quality of Life:** **Short Friday:** On Fridays, working hours are reduced and the workday ends at 1 p.m., allowing you to start your weekend earlier. **Well-being and Health:** Health and dental insurance (Omint), including dependents (children), life insurance, Starbem mental health platform, workplace gymnastics, SESC partnership, and Total Pass (optional, with a minimum payroll deduction of R$ 39.99). **Mobility and Meal Allowance:** Mobility allowance or transportation voucher (we do not provide parking), meal allowance of R$ 51.28/day, and food allowance of R$ 363.56, both loaded onto the flexible iFood card. **Education and Development:** Up to 60% tuition assistance (starting in January), language course scholarships, and corporate university. **Culture and Knowledge:** An internal library available to employees, encouraging continuous learning, personal development, and daily reading moments. **Recognition and Awards:** Birthday allowance of R$ 400.00, birthday day off, and four annual awards (every three months) amounting to 75% of the base salary\*. **Family and Inclusion:** Extended maternity leave (180 days), extended paternity leave (21 days), and childcare assistance for children up to age 10. **Financial Security:** Private pension plan. **Moments That Sweeten Your Day:** Unlimited chocolate machine access: enjoy chocolate freely, every day, at no cost. **Year-End Break:** We value collective rest at year-end.
