




Job Description: **Talented people make Schneider Electric a great company!** We are seeking a **Planning Analyst** to work on **medium- and large-scale projects**, responsible for analyzing, consolidating, and controlling planning information, directly contributing to project management decision-making. The professional will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and cost control teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, analyze, and maintain **integrated schedules** using **MS Project and Primavera P6**; * Analyze **critical path**, float, constraints, and schedule risks; * Conduct **physical and financial progress analyses**, productivity assessments, and **S-curves**; * Control **baseline**, schedule versions, and change history; * Support **replanning**, scenario simulations, and impact analyses; * Identify schedule and cost deviations, proposing **corrective and preventive actions**; * Prepare **analytical and managerial reports**, dashboards, and indicators (KPIs); * Interface with **engineering, procurement, contracts, cost control, and field operations**; * Ensure compliance with **contractual guidelines, procedures, and planning standards**. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical degree in **Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electronics, Automation, or Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Proven experience as a **Planning Technician or Planning Analyst**; * Proficiency in **MS Project and Primavera P6** for project planning and control; * Solid knowledge of **WBS, baseline, S-curve, physical-financial control, and deviation analysis**; * Experience in **replanning, impact analysis, and schedule simulations**; * Advanced **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis); * Experience in **medium- and large-scale projects**, preferably EPC/EPCM. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in **industrial, oil & gas, energy, mining, pharmaceutical, or infrastructure projects**; * Knowledge of **Power BI** or other BI tools; * Integration of schedule × cost and basic understanding of **cost control**; * Experience with **contracts, measurements, and change management (claims)**; * Familiarity with **PMBOK** **Ipojuca/PE** **Tell us more about you!
