Professional responsible for maintaining and implementing infrastructure automation systems, ensuring availability, security, and efficiency, while leading technical teams and managing projects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
**What You'll Do Daily:**
---------------------------------
* Maintain and implement automation systems focused on Claro's infrastructure operations and monitoring. Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of automated systems.
* Monitor and validate integration of new Stations and Data Centers into existing automation and management systems, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Ensure operational continuity of BMS (Building Management System) and other building and critical automation integrations.
* Lead internal and external technical teams (suppliers, integrators, installers) in automation activities.
* Ensure technical interface with infrastructure and IT areas for integration of automated systems.
* Manage procurement processes and project execution for installation of automation and infrastructure management devices and services.
* Develop or approve technical specifications, drawings, diagrams, and documentation for installation and commissioning.
* Participate in meetings with Regional Offices, suppliers, and technical stakeholders.
* Manage project schedules, risks, and performance indicators for automation projects.

**To Join Our Team, You Must Have:**

* Reside in São Paulo.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Knowledge of communication networks (IP addressing, VLANs, TCP/IP protocols) and servers (installation, configuration, and integration of automation applications).
* Proven experience in installation projects of automation systems for data centers, telecommunications stations, hospitals, industries, or critical buildings.
* Experience managing technical teams and suppliers.
* Experience in technical commissioning of automated systems.
* Solid knowledge of building and industrial automation systems (BMS, SCADA, PLCs, sensors, Modbus network, BACnet, etc.).
* Knowledge of Mission-Critical, Power, and HVAC systems.
**Nice-to-Have:**

* Postgraduate degree.
* Knowledge of Zabbix.
