Job Summary: A professional responsible for all aspects of cargo scheduling, route planning, fleet administration, and conflict resolution within road transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for municipal to interstate cargo scheduling and route planning. 2. Client negotiation and service quality analysis. 3. Experience in road transportation and e-commerce scheduling routines. * Responsible for all cargo scheduling from municipal to interstate levels. Proficient in driver communications. Analyze and support the manager in departmental routines. Resolve client conflicts. Perform scheduling, route planning, fleet administration, and trip timing; Negotiate with clients in cases of delivery/pickup delays to maintain optimal company-client relationships; Analyze controls and reports regarding service quality. Responsible for all cargo scheduling. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field required; Knowledge of Rodopar system is desirable; Technical knowledge in transportation is mandatory; Prior experience in road transportation is required. Knowledge of e-commerce scheduling routines required. Work Location: On-site
