Job Summary: Support operational and administrative areas by controlling food production, supply, and distribution, ensuring smooth process execution. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, communication, and teamwork Support operational and administrative areas through control of production, supply, and distribution of meals at the unit, aiming to ensure smooth execution of the production process. **Responsibilities:** * 1\. Be responsible for the technical and behavioral training of subordinates; * 2\. Assist in or develop menus; * 3\. Supervise staff, facility, utensil, and foodstuff hygiene; * 4\. Analyze and monitor overall qualitative and quantitative results of the unit; * 5\. Prepare budgets for events/special services; * 6\. Prepare daily requisitions; * 7\. Assist in or prepare orders for foodstuffs, uniforms, and utensils; * 8\. Taste-test and approve preparations; * 9\. Analyze daily costs and quotations; * 10\. Prepare or assist in closing procedures, verify/prepare documents; * 11\. Ensure sample collection and identification. * 12\. Recruit and select operational staff; * 13\.
