




Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying and prospecting third-party companies, managing documentation, and ensuring service providers’ compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Critical thinking to identify risks and propose improvements Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect third-party companies for service provision. * Conduct collection, validation, and auditing of all technical, legal, and financial documentation from service providers; * Review and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. * Deliver and ensure training on internal systems and processes for qualified suppliers. * Monitor document renewal deadlines and ensure third-party registration validity. * Serve as the primary contact point for clarifying doubts and supporting service providers; * Generate performance and qualification status reports, presenting key metrics to the area manager; * Perform continuous follow-up to ensure updated registrations and compliance of services provided; * Support resolution of administrative and financial issues related to the qualification process. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields (completed). * Experience in qualification routines, registration, compliance, supplier management, or related administrative/operational roles. * Knowledge of document analysis and qualification processes. * Strong communication skills for interacting with service providers and internal stakeholders. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Proactivity and critical thinking to identify risks and propose improvements. * Proficiency in working with management systems, ERPs, and digital tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with management systems. * Analytical profile focused on results and meeting deadlines.
